Study on formulation and processing technology of thiamethoxam 5％emulsion in water
The optimized formulation of thiamethoxam 5％emulsion in water(EW)was obtained by inverse phase method through the screening of solvents,emulsifiers,co-emulsifiers,antifreeze agents and water quality.The processing conditions were also studied.The results showed that the optimized formulation of thiamethoxam 5％EW consisted of thiamethoxam 5％,dimethylbenzene 20％,compound emulsifier 2# 10％,isobutanol 1％,glycol 5％,and water else.The suitable shear rate and shear time of thiamethoxam 5％EW were 5000r·min-1 and 5min.The performance indexes of the product meet the requirements,and it has a good development and application prospect.
