介绍了煤焦油加工工艺及煤焦油加氢原理,综述了目前煤焦油加氢技术中生产工艺和催化剂的研究进展,对蒸馏+催化加氢工艺、延迟焦化+催化加氢工艺、全馏分+催化加氢工艺3种煤焦油加氢预处理工艺和催化剂状态不同的反应器进行了总结、分析及对比,考察了预处理工艺及反应器中催化剂状态对煤焦油加氢工艺的影响,进一步梳理了加氢催化剂的活性金属调配和催化剂改性方法,为我国煤焦油加氢技术中工艺和催化剂的优选提供一定的参考.
Research progress of coal tar hydrogenation technology
The coal tar processing technology and the principle of coal tar hydrogenation are introduced.The current research progress on production processes and catalysts in coal tar hydrogenation technology are reviewd.The summary,analysis,and comparison are conducted on three pre-treatment processes for coal tar hydrogenation,namely distillation+catalytic hydrogenation process,delayed coking+catalytic hydrogenation process,and full fraction+catalytic hydrogenation process,as well as reactors with different catalysts states.The influence of pretreatment processes and catalysts states in the reactor on the coal tar hydrogenation process is investigated,and the active metal blending and catalysts modification methods of hydrogenation catalysts are further sorted out,providing a certain reference for the optimization of processes and catalysts in coal tar hydrogenation technology.At the same time,the active metal deployment and catalysts modification are introduced,so as to give some reference for the selection of coal tar hydrogenation processes and the research of catalysts.
