新型抗高温凝胶堵漏剂的制备与评价

针对常规凝胶堵漏剂的抗温性能较差、凝胶强度不足等问题,以抗高温聚合物作为成胶剂,添加适量的凝胶增强剂和纤维类增韧剂,构成抗高温凝胶基液,再与复合有机交联剂反应,开发了一种新型抗高温凝胶堵漏剂.测试结果表明,该凝胶堵漏剂的剪切稀释特性较好,在0.1~100 Pa的剪切应力条件下,其储能模量数倍于耗能模量,表现出良好的黏弹特性.同时该凝胶堵漏剂的抗温能力达140 ℃,渗透性模拟堵漏承压能力达7 MPa,裂缝性模拟堵漏承压能力达4.0 MPa.
Preparation and performance evaluation of high temperature resistant composite gel plugging agent
In view of the poor temperature resistance of conventional gel plugging agent and the insufficient strength of gel,a new high temperature resistant gel plugging agent is developed by taking high temperature resistant polymer as gelling agent,adding appropriate gel reinforcing agent and fiber toughening agent to form high temperature resistant gel base fluid,and then reacting with composite organic cross-linking agent.The research shows that the gel plugging agent has good shear dilution characteristics.Under shear stress conditions ranging from 0.1 to 100 Pa,its storage modulus is several times higher than the dissipation modulus,exhibiting good viscoelastic properties.At the same time,the temperature resistance can reach 140 ℃,the pressure bearing capacity of permeability simulation plugging can reach 7 MPa,and the pressure bearing capacity of fracture simulation plugging can reach 4.0 MPa.
