随着国内外大型炼化一体化项目的增多,原有工程项目管理模式已无法满足现代化管理的需要.分析了传统炼化工程项目管理存在的主要问题,提出了适应现代化工程建设管理的主要策略,如做好前期策划、引入IPMT专业化管理团队、明确项目管理策略、确保第三方监督责任、提升管理水平、落实界面管理和施工程序管理等.通过建立科学的管理方法并将管理要素进行落实和完善,大型炼化工程项目建设效率得到大幅提升.
Study on the management model of large-scale integrated refining engineering and chemical projects
With the increasing number of large-scale integrated refining and chemical projects at home and abroad,the original engineering project management model can no longer meet the needs of modern management.The main problems in traditional refining engineering project management are analyzed,and the main strategies to adapt to modern engineering construction management are proposed,such as doing a good job in early planning,introducing an IPMT professional management team,clarifying project management strategies,ensuring third-party supervision responsibilities,improving management level,implementing interface management and construction procedure management.By establishing scientific management methods,implementing and improving management elements,the efficiency of large-scale refining engineering projects has been significantly improved.
