新型防窜韧性高密度水泥浆体系性能研究

针对深水固井作业中环空带压的防窜问题,室内优选了杜拉纤维与 0.5%胶乳的胶乳复配使用,改善水泥浆的微观结构,提高水泥浆的韧性.研发了纳米防窜剂NT-C并协同JZ-6S复合加重剂调节水泥浆的密度,开发了一种新型防窜韧性高密度水泥浆体系.结果表明,该体系密度可调,水泥浆(2.4 g/cm3)抗压强度大于 25 MPa,抗冲击功达到 3.54 kJ/m2,渗透率为 0.008×10-3 μm2,弹性模量小于 7 GPa,具有较好的弹韧性,可有效提高抵抗冲击的能力;该水泥浆体系抗窜强度大于 8 MPa/m2,线性膨胀率达-0.05%,具有较好的密封性和防窜能力,确保了深水固井水泥环的完整性,为油气井的安全提供技术支撑.
Study on the performance of a new type of anti-channeling toughness high-density cement slurry system
In response to the anti-channeling problem of annular pressure in deepwater cementing operations,a combination of Dura fiber and 0.5%latex is selected indoors to improve the microstructure of cement slurry and enhance the toughness of cement slurry.The nano anti-channeling agent NT-C is developed,which is collaborated with JZ-6S composite weighting agent to adjust the density of cement slurry,then a new anti-channeling toughness high-density cement slurry system is developed.The results show that the density of the system is adjustable,the compressive strength of the cement slurry(2.4 g/cm3)is greater than 25 MPa,the impact resistance energy reaches 3.54 kJ/m2,the permeability is 0.008×10-3 μm2,the elastic modulus is less than 7 GPa.The system has good elasticity and toughness,which can effectively improve the ability to resist external water impacts.In addition,the anti-channeling strength of the cement slurry system is greater than 8 MPa/m2,the linear expansion rate reaches-0.05%.It has good sealing and anti-channeling ability,which can ensure the integrity of the cement sheath in deepwater cementing and provide technical support for the safety of oil and gas wells.
