高温高矿化度油藏提高采收率用聚合物驱油剂研究

为满足高温高矿化度油藏继续提高采收率的需求,室内以丙烯酰胺、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸、长碳链疏水单体和刚性单体为合成原料,制备了一种耐温抗盐型聚合物驱油剂KWY300,并对其综合性能进行了评价.结果表明,聚合物驱油剂KWY300具有良好的增黏性能和耐温抗盐性能,当溶液矿化度为133 000 mg/L,老化温度为110℃时,质量浓度为1 200 mg/L的聚合物溶液黏度值仍能达到 80 mPa·s以上,增黏效果明显优于HPAM.聚合物驱油剂KWY300 具有良好的渗流性能,在储层温度和矿化度条件下,阻力系数可以达到 50 以上,残余阻力系数约为 10.此外,聚合物驱油剂KWY300 还具有良好的驱油效果,注入PV数为 0.5、质量浓度为 1 200 mg/L的KWY300 溶液后,能使岩心水驱后的采收率继续提高 16.4%,驱油效果明显优于HPAM.高温高矿化度油藏现场实施聚合物KWY300 驱油措施后,区块内生产井的日产油量提升至措施前的 3 倍以上,含水率有所下降,起到了明显增油效果.
Study on polymer flooding agent for EOR in high temperature and high salinity reservoirs
In order to meet the needs of continuous EOR in high temperature and high salinity reservoirs,a temperature resistant and salt resistant polymer flooding agent KWY300 is prepared by using acrylamide,2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid,long carbon chain hydrophobic monomer and rigid monomer as synthetic raw materials,and its comprehensive performance is evaluated.The results show that polymer flooding agent KWY300 has good viscosity increasing performance,temperature and salt resistance.When the salinity of solution is 133 000 mg/L and aging temperature is 110℃,the viscosity value of polymer solution with mass concentration of 1 200 mg/L can still reach more than 80 mPa·s,and the viscosity increasing effect is obviously better than that of HPAM.KWY300 has good seepage performance.Under reservoir temperature and mineralization conditions,the resistance coefficient can reach over 50,and the residual resistance coefficient is about 10.In addition,polymer flooding agent KWY300 also has good oil displacement effect.After injecting 0.5 PV concentration of 1 200 mg/L KWY300 solution,the recovery of core water flooding can continue to increase by 16.4%,and the oil displacement effect is obviously better than that of HPAM.After the implementation of KWY300 oil displacement measures in high temperature and high salinity oil reservoirs,the daily oil production of production wells in the block increases by more than three times before the measures,and the water content decreases,achieving a significant increase in oil production.
