Study on chemical coagulation treatment technology for wastewater from oil and gas field production
Taking a certain oil field produced wastewater in the western region as the research object and using the oil content and suspended solids content in the wastewater as evaluation indicators, the effect of treatment conditions on coagulation treatment of wastewater is investigated. The results show that different types of coagulants can achieve certain treatment effects on the target wastewater, among which the composite coagulant FHR-10 has the best effect. The optimal experimental parameters suitable for the target wastewater chemical coagulation treatment technology are as follows:the dosage of composite coagulant FHR-10 is 80 mg/L,the dosage of coagulant aid bentonite is 30 mg/L,the pH value of the wastewater is 7,the experimental temperature is 40℃,the stirring speed is 80 r/min,and the settling time is 10 min.Under this optimal process condition, the oil content and suspended solids content in the wastewater can be reduced to 5.3 mg/L and 1.8 mg/L respectively, which can meet the relevant standards for wastewater reinjection. The chemical coagulation treatment technology has good treatment effects on the produced wastewater of the target oilfield, which can be further promoted and applied.
