摘要

CO2 减排与资源化利用是目前世界关注的热点,以CO2 为原料催化转化是大规模减少碳排放和实现碳中和的有效途径.以CO2 经过热催化路径加氢制甲醇为切入点,介绍了CO2 直接法和间接法加氢制甲醇两条工艺路线,简述了铜基催化剂、双金属催化剂以及复合氧化物催化剂的发展情况,重点关注反应机理中碳源和反应路径,概述了国内外产业现状.指出甲醇合成反应动力学和热力学的未来发展方向是增加碳单程转化率、提高碳综合利用率和热效率,且甲醇催化剂的高收率、高稳定性也是未来的研究热点.

Abstract

CO2 emission reduction and resource utilization are the hotspots at present.Catalytic conversion of CO2 as raw material is an effective way to reduce carbon emissions and achieve carbon neutrality on a large scale.Taking CO2 hydrogenation to methanol through hot catalytic path as the starting point,two process routes of direct and indirect CO2 hydrogenation to methanol are introduced,and the development of copper based catalysts,bimetal catalysts and composite oxide catalysts are briefly described.Carbon source and reaction path in reaction mechanism are focused on,and the industrial status at home and abroad is summarized.The future development direction of methanol synthesis reaction kinetics and thermodynamics is increasing carbon single-pass conversion rate,improving carbon comprehensive utilization rate and thermal efficiency,and the high yield and stability of methanol catalysts are also future research hotspots.
