摘要

聚醚碳酸酯多元醇是由CO2 和环氧丙烷共聚获得的高价值化学品.双金属氰化物催化剂是该反应工业中常用催化剂.通过在传统双金属氰化物催化剂中掺杂新金属制备型金属氰化物催化剂,能够提高催化剂活性、选择性、CO2 固定量.合成了Fe、Ni、Cr 3 种金属掺杂催化剂,并对催化剂进行了表征分析,结果表明,Fe掺杂的双金属氰化物(DMC)催化剂转化率高达 93%,副产物环状碳酸酯质量分数低至 8.5%,CO2 固定量高达 18%.该催化剂的成功制备为CO2 和环氧丙烷共聚反应提供了一种新型催化剂.

Abstract

Poly(ether carbonate)polyol is a high-value chemical product synthesized by CO2 and propylene oxide copolymerization.Double metal cyanide catalysts(DMC)are commonly used in industry.Doping metals into DMC catalysts can improve its activity,selectivity,and increase the amount of fixed CO2.Three metal doped catalysts,Fe,Ni,and Cr,are synthesized and characterized.The results show that the conversion rate of Fe doped DMC catalyst is as high as 93%,the mass fraction of by-product cyclic carbonate is as low as 8.5%,and the CO2 fixation amount is as high as 18%.The successful preparation of this catalyst provides a novel catalyst for the copolymerization reaction of CO2 and propylene oxide.
