热钾碱脱碳系统轻油回收利用研究与应用

通过对热钾碱脱碳装置净化气分离器Ⅰ、Ⅱ冷凝液中组分进行分析研究,发现其含有大量油类物质且组分与低碳烃液体产品组分相类似,经过现有工艺流程优化研究,将含有大量油类物质的冷凝液进行三相分离,实现脱碳装置净化气分离器Ⅰ、Ⅱ冷凝液油水分离并有效回收利用,进一步提高了冷凝液循环利用率,系统脱盐水消耗量降低约30万m3/a,油品产量提高约1.12万t/a.
Research and application of light oil recovery and utilization in hot potash decarburization system
Through analysis and research on the components of the condensate in the purification gas separators Ⅰ and Ⅱ of the hot potash decarburization unit,it is found that it contains a large amount of oil substances and the components,which are similar to those of low-carbon hydrocarbon liquid products.After optimizing the existing process flow,the condensate containing a large amount of oil substances is three-phase separated to achieve oil-water separation and effective recycling of the condensate in the purification gas separators Ⅰ and Ⅱ of the decarburization unit.It can further improve the recycling efficiency of the condensate,reduce the consumption of desalinated water in the system by about 3×105 m3/a,and increase the oil production by about 11 200 t/a.
