The operation of PSA desorbed gas and liquid nitrogen wash tail gas replacing natural gas is introduced.By renovating the process and equipment of fuel gas users in the 300 000 t/a ammonia synthesis unit and 90 000 t/a hydrogen production unit of SINOPEC Nanjing Chemical Industries Co.,Ltd.,which realizes the use of exhaust gas for gasification furnace drying and as fuel gas for torch.The natural gas has been replaced by PSA desorption gas and liquid nitrogen washing tail gas.The natural gas consumption has decreased and the production costs have also been saved.
