Study on the influence of leaking natural gas explosion on adjacent pipelines
Once the leakage and explosion of parallel pipelines occurs,it will affect the safe operation of other surrounding oil and gas pipelines. The AUTODYN simulation software is used to study the impact of combustion and explosion of leaked natural gas on other pipelines in the pipe gallery, and the control measures are put forward. The results show that with the passage of time, the pressure and vibration velocity of the pipeline increase first and then decrease under different explosion center distance, and the explosion center distance is negatively correlated with the dynamic response peaks such as pressure peak and peak vibration velocity.Under different equivalent TNT,with the passage of time, the pressure and vibration velocity of the pipeline increase first and then decrease. The equivalent TNT is positively correlated with the peak pressure and peak vibration velocity. The safety control measures such as increasing parallel spacing and installing partitions between parallel pipelines are proposed.By quantitatively calculating the likelihood and consequences of accidents,it is possible to make reasonable and accurate risk predictions and safety assessments.
