Study on physical properties of graphite conductive concrete
Graphite conductive concrete is widely used in engineering fields such as grounding modules, electromagnetic shielding interference, heating, bridge and pavement deicing and antifeeding due to its excellent electrical conductivity, corrosion resistance, and mechanical properties. However,at present, there is still a lack of relevant research on the electrical properties, corrosion resistance, and compressive strength of graphite conductive concrete, especially the impact of different graphite ratios on the electrical resistance characteristics, compressive strength, and other aspects of conductive concrete is unclear. The conductive concrete with different graphite ratios is prepared by adding graphite as a conductive material and using cement, sand, and other substrates. The characteristics of conductive concrete with a graphite mass fraction of 10%are studied.Stability tests, cold and hot cycle tests, power frequency withstand tests, and impact withstand tests are designed. The average annual corrosion rate of the surface of different materials is calculated. In order to explore the characteristics of conductive concrete with different graphite ratios, the changes in electrical resistance and compressive strength of conductive concrete with graphite ratios of 5%,10%,15%,20%,and 25%are further analyzed. The relevant research provides a theoretical reference for realizing the application of graphite conductive concrete and ensuring the safety of power system operation.
