摘要

随着页岩气开发的深入,由于深层页岩气井垂深较深、地温梯度高、页岩地层孔隙压力、地层破裂压力相对较高,在固井作业中,为了达到良好的顶替效果,固井水泥浆的密度较高.高密度水泥浆往往存在固相材料多、浆体黏度高、流动性差、高黏度下水泥浆密度难控制问题;水泥浆加重剂加量大、易沉降,存在稳定性问题;高密度水泥浆中水泥占比相对少,抗压强度低,存在防窜问题.通过开发纳米防窜剂与复合加重剂形成了新的页岩气固井用高密度防窜韧性水泥浆体系,现场应用效果较好,能够为后期深层页岩气井固井提供技术支撑.

Abstract

With the deepening of shale gas development,due to the deep vertical depth,high geothermal gradient,relatively high pore pressure and formation fracture pressure of deep shale gas wells,in order to achieve good displacement effect during cementing operations,the density of cementing slurry is relatively high.High-density cement slurry often has problems such as excessive solid materials,high viscosity of the slurry,poor flowability,and difficulty in controlling the density of the slurry with high viscosity.The dosage of cement slurry weighting agent is large,prone to settling,and there are stability issues.The proportion of cement in high-density cement slurry is relatively small,the compressive strength is low,and there is a problem of anti-channeling.A new high-density anti-channeling toughness cement slurry system for shale gas well cementing has been developed by developing nano anti-channeling agents and composite weighting agents.The on-site application effect is good,which can provide technical support for later deep shale gas well cementing.
