安场区块页岩致密封堵油基钻井液技术研究

针对贵州安场区块五峰-龙马溪组页岩极易垮塌的难题,基于对该区块代表性页岩的矿物组成及组构特征分析,揭示了安场区块页岩井壁失稳机理,针对性地提出了以多尺度致密封堵防塌为核心的井壁稳定技术对策,构建了一套适合该区块的致密封堵防塌钻井液体系.矿物组构特征分析结果表明,该区块页岩地层纳米裂隙、微米裂缝发育,纳米裂隙尺寸均小于 100 nm,微缝、洞尺寸大多以 0.1~2.6 μm为主,具有纳-微米多尺度特征和弱水化性质.根据粒径匹配原理优选形成的复合封堵配方由刚性堵剂超细碳酸钙和柔性堵剂组成,可有效封堵安场区块五峰-龙马溪组页岩地层孔缝.构建的致密封堵防塌钻井液在 120℃、3.5 MPa条件下滤失量仅为 1.2 mL,可使页岩的渗透率降低90%以上,能够有效地阻止压力传递.致密封堵防塌油基钻井液在安页7-8HF井进行了现场试验,钻井过程中均未发生垮塌、井漏等复杂情况,试验井段的井径扩大率仅为 2.64%.因此,致密封堵防塌钻井液能够解决安场区块五峰-龙马溪组页岩地层井壁失稳的问题,为安场区块页岩气高效钻探开发提供技术保障.
Study on tight plugging oil-based drilling fluid technology for shale in Anchang Block
Aiming at the problem that the shale of Wufeng-Longmaxi Formation in Anchang Block,Guizhou province is prone to collapse,based on the analysis of the mineral coposition and fabric characteristics of the representative shale in this block,the wellbore instability mechanism of the shale in Anchang Block is revealed,the wellbore stability technical countermeasures with multi-scale tight plugging and anti-collapsing as the core are put forward,and a set of tight plugging and anti-collapsing drilling fluid system suitable for this block is constructed.The analysis results of mineral fabric characteristics show that the shale formation in this block has the development of nano-cracks and micron cracks,the size of nano-cracks is less than 100 nm,and the size of micro-cracks and holes are mostly 0.1-2.6 μm,which has nano-micron multi-scale characteristics and weak hydration properties.The composite plugging formula optimized according to the particle size matching principle is composed of rigid superfine calcium carbonate and flexible plugging agent,the plugging effect is the best,which can effectively plug the pores and fractures of the Wufeng-Longmaxi Formation in Anchang Block.The constructed tight plugging anti-collapsing drilling fluid has a filtration loss of only 1.2 mL at 120℃and 3.5 MPa,which can reduce the permeability of shale by more than 90%and effectively prevent pressure transfer.The tight plugging and anti-collapsing drilling fluid is tested in Anye 7-8HF well.No collapse and leakage occurred in the drilling process,and the diameter expansion rate of the test well interval is only 2.64%.Therefore,the tight plugging and anti-collapsing drilling fluid can solve the problem of wellbore instability of the Wufeng-Longmaxi Formation in Anchang Block,and provide technical support for the efficient drilling and development of shale gas in Anchang Block.
