Study on SCR flue gas denitrification technology and influencing factors of denitrification efficiency
SCR denitrification technology is one of the most commonly used technical measures for flue gas denitrification in coal-fired power plants. In order to improve the efficiency of flue gas denitrification in coal-fired power plants, the SCR flue gas denitrification system of a coal-fired power plant is studied to investigate the effects of different types of catalysts, ammonia nitrogen ratio, reaction temperature, sulfur dioxide mass concentration, oxygen volume fraction, and water content on denitrification efficiency. The results show that nickel based molecular sieve catalysts Ni/ZSM have relatively better denitrification efficiency, and the denitrification efficiency is significantly higher than other catalysts. As the ammonia nitrogen ratio increases, the denitrification efficiency gradually increases. However, with the increase of reaction temperature and oxygen volume fraction, the denitrification efficiency shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing. As the water content and sulfur dioxide mass concentration gradually increase, the denitrification efficiency gradually decreases. When Ni/ZSM is selected as the catalyst, the ammonia nitrogen ratio is controlled to be 1.0,the reaction temperature is 300℃,the oxygen volume fraction is 5%,the sulfur dioxide mass concentration and water content are both 0,the SCR denitrification efficiency of coal-fired flue gas can reach 87.1%,and the denitrification efficiency is relatively high.
