Analysis of the anti-corrosion effect of chemical pipelines based on succinic acid corrosion-resistant coating materials
In response to the advantages of the reaction between succinic acid and epoxy resin and the insufficient research on coating materials for chemical pipeline anti-corrosion,the coating materials of epoxy acrylate modified material with dicarboxylic acid as a chain extender are prepared, and their anti-corrosion effect on chemical pipelines is studied. The basic properties of the resin acid value, epoxy acrylate structure, water contact angle, water absorption rate, electrochemical impedance, salt spray resistance, dynamic mechanical heat, and photocurable coating are investigated. The chemical impedance and salt spray resistance test results of the coating materials of four types of dicarboxylic acid epoxy acrylate modified resins show that the corrosion resistance of the coating materials exhibit a trend of gradually improving and then gradually decreasing with the increase of carbon chains. The study not only provides the anti-corrosion effect of succinic acid corrosion-resistant coating materials on chemical pipelines, but also compares the anti-corrosion performance of other dicarboxylic acids corrosion-resistant coating materials, providing a basis for the anti-corrosion research of chemical pipelines.
