A Brief Overview of the Development of Near-zero Energy Buildings
With the rapid development of urbanisation,construction industry has been expanding,and the proportion of building energy consumption in the total energy consumption of the whole society has been increasing year by year.The issue of energy consumption,as an important aspect affecting the environment,has traditionally received attention from various countries.How to reduce the demand for building energy consumption has become an unavoidable thought in the process of urban development.It mainly summarises the experiences and achievements of countries in the practice of low-energy buildings,introduces China's relevant policy standards on low-energy buildings,discusses the difficulties in the development of near-zero energy buildings in China and puts forward relevant suggestions,with a view to promoting the green and low-carbon development of the construction industry.
