寒冷地区某既有公共建筑绿色节能改造实践

我国既有"非绿色"建筑存量巨大,且用能效率低下,运行能耗过高,随着"双碳"目标的提出,既有建筑绿色节能改造将成为未来建筑业发展的主导趋势.针对兰州市某公共建筑绿色智慧改造工程项目,采用智能化集成综合管理运维平台(IBMS)对大厦能源管理系统、环境监测系统等子系统进行统一管理,通过监测系统对建筑运行能耗和室内外环境污染物浓度的计量测算和对比分析,本项目的实施在减少能源消耗量的同时,可有效减少甲醛、二氧化碳、二氧化硫、氮氧化物、烟尘颗粒等有害气体、粉尘的排放,实现了建筑的绿色可持续发展.
