Heat Transfer Coefficient Test and Energy Consumption Simulation of Fabricated Passive House Wall
Taking an assembled passive house in Baoding City,Hebei Province,as the research object, the heat transfer coefficient of the main part of the east and west sides of the enclosure structure was tested on-site using the heat flow meter method.Based on the test results, the DeST energy consumption simulation software was used to simulate the annual energy consumption of the building under the theoretical and measured heat transfer coefficients, and the deviation of the energy consumption using the heat transfer coefficients under the theoretical and measured conditions was obtained. The results show that the measured heat transfer coefficients of the main part of the east and west sides of the envelope of the assembled passive house are higher than the theoretically calculated values by 8.1%and 8.2%,respectively.The deviation of annual cooling energy consumption between theoretical calculation and measured heat transfer coefficient is 6.9%,the deviation of annual heating energy consumption is 11.1%,and the deviation of annual total air-conditioning energy consumption is 10.3%.In order to provide a reference for further research on assembled passive buildings through the process of heat transfer coefficient field test and the range of error values of energy consumption.
