With the completion of sponge city projects around the world,its benefits have become a hot spot of social concern.Through the benefit indicator monetization evaluation method,from the perspective of carbon reduction,according to the ecological benefits,economic benefit evaluation,social benefits of a new park in Linfen urban area of sponge city construction project quantitative calculation of the benefits,and with the sponge city facilities construction cost comparison,proved that the sponge city project benefits can be used to quantitatively evaluate the monetary indicators,and can be quantitatively compared with the construction cost.It aims to find scientific and reasonable evaluation indexes for sponge city construction,to provide reference opinions on whether sponge city projects are feasible before construction,and to quantitatively evaluate the value of sponge city construction for completed projects.
