从技术先进、经济合理、安全适用、确保质量、节能环保等多个角度出发,对冷却水管的安装、固定、功能二次开发以及深基坑施工条件利用等方面进行攻关,成功设计出安装简易、固定方便、节点牢固、整体安全可靠的冷却循环水降温技术,该技术在太平报恩寺重建项目中的施工与应用,较好地解决了超厚筏板混凝土有害裂缝等质量问题,为今后超厚筏板混凝土相关项目的建设提供参考与借鉴.
Practice of Super Thick Raft Cooling Circulating Water Cooling Technology
From the perspective of advanced technology,economic rationality,safety and application,quality assurance,energy saving and environmental protection,etc.,the cooling water pipe installation,fixing,secondary development of functions and the use of deep pit construction conditions,etc.,and successfully designed a cooling circulating water cooling technology that is easy to install,easy to fix,solid nodes,and safe and reliable as a whole,which is constructed and applied in the reconstruction project of Taiping Jien'en Temple and solves the quality problems of ultra-thick raft slab concrete such as hazardous cracking better,and provides references and reference for the construction of the future projects related to the ultra-thick raft slab concrete.
