Green Concepts and Characteristics of Chinese Traditional Architecture
The number of buildings in China has grown rapidly in the past 20 years,resulting in the total energy consumption of buildings accounting for more than 31％of the total energy consumption.Through the investigation of traditional architecture,it is found that traditional Chinese architecture has obvious green building concepts and significant green building characteristics.This paper discusses the green concept of traditional Chinese architecture and analyzes the green characteristics of traditional architecture,in order to use the research resultsasthe theory and basis for subsequent rural revitalization and traditional building construction.
