摘要
在城市更新语境下,探索成都都市圈工业建筑遗产保护的现状问题与活化策略.通过对现有的文创产业园、商业空间、博览建筑、城市公园四个模式进行分析梳理,发现地区工业建筑遗产存在荒废与拆毁、更新模式同质化、改造绿色效能较低、缺乏有效的规划引导以及公众认知不足等问题,并提出延续工业文化价值、提升居民生活品质、城市功能性再拓、融合文化品牌再塑、完善政策法规、提高公众参与度的解决方案及策略.
Abstract
In the context of urban renewal,the current problems and revitalization strategies of industrial architectural heritage protection in Chengdu metropolitan area are explored.By analyzing the existing four models of cultural and creative industrial parks,commercial space,exposition buildings and urban parks,we find that the industrial architectural heritage in the region has problems such as abandonment and demolition,indiscriminate renewal models,low green efficiency of renovation,lack of effective planning and guidance,and insufficient public awareness,etc.We also put forward proposals to continue the value of industrial culture,improve the quality of life of the residents,expand the functionality of the city,integrate the cultural branding,improve policies and regulations,and improve the revitalization strategy.Six solutions and strategies are proposed accordingly,including the continuation of industrial cultural values,the improvement of residents'living quality,the re-expansion of urban functionality,the integration of cultural branding,the improvement of policies and regulations,and the improvement of public participation.
