Analysis of"Industrial Upstairs"Industrial Plant Building Standardization Strategy
Under the background of"dual carbon",in response to the country's strategic goal of becoming a powerful manufacturing country,Shenzhen has issued a series of policy documents in the past two years to make a top-level plan for the development and expansion of strategic emerging industrial clusters and the cultivation and development of future industries.However,the shortage of industrial land has always been a difficult problem for Shenzhen to achieve its industrial development goals,accompanied by rising land costs and long transformation cycle of old industrial parks.As a new mode of industrial space supply,industry going upstairs provides a strong guarantee for accelerating the construction of technological and industrial innovation highlands with global influence.Industrial upstairs is not a simple superposition of factory floors,but a high concentration of industrial space and industrial activities and industrial funds.The research in this paper is based on the Guangdong Provincial High Standard Factory Building Design Specification(Draft for Comments),combined with advanced design experience at home and abroad,according to the Shenzhen Industrial Block Line Management Measures,Shenzhen Architectural Design Rules and other relevant provisions,the relevant high-rise industrial building green design qualitative evaluation criteria are derived,which provides a reference for the implementation strategy of similar industrial upstairs projects.
