低碳健康幼儿园建筑技术实施路径分析

随着"双碳"战略和"健康中国"战略的深入推进,社会对幼儿园有着更高要求.然而,健康、低碳、智慧理念不断附加,健康建筑、绿色建筑、低碳建筑、智慧建筑之间存在明显的技术重叠和性能重叠,而面向幼儿园的规范标准相对缺失,易产生技术堆砌、投资过高、使用欠佳等问题.以低碳健康幼儿园为目标,技术选用充分考虑幼儿园适宜性、健康低碳属性、增量成本、运行可靠等因素,从被动优先、主动优化、可再生能源补充、智慧措施管控4个方面,建立起低碳健康幼儿园技术路径,明确技术实施要点,为幼儿园或其他类型低碳健康项目建设提供设计参考.
Analysis of Building Technology Implementation Path of Low-carbon Healthy Kindergarten
With the continuous in-depth implementation of the"dual-carbon"strategy and the"Healthy China"strategy,the society has a higher demand for kindergartens,and the concepts of health,low-carbon and smart are constantly added.There are obvious technical overlaps and performance overlaps among healthy buildings,green buildings,low-carbon buildings and smart buildings,while the norms and standards for kindergartens are relatively lacking.Easy to produce technology piling,excessive investment,poor use and other problems.A aims at low-carbon and healthy kindergartens,and the selection of technologies fully considers the suitability of kindergartens,healthy and low-carbon attributes,incremental costs,reliable operation and other factors.From the four aspects of passive priority,active optimization,renewable energy supplement,and smart measures control,the technology path of low-carbon and healthy kindergartens is established,and the key points of technology implementation are clarified.Provide design reference for the construction of kindergartens or other types of low-carbon health projects.
