对于成都都市圈工业建筑遗产活化问题的思考
Reflections on the Problems and Revitalisation of Industrial Architectural Heritage in Chengdu Metropolitan Area

摘要
从中国工业建筑史和成都都市圈工业发展历程出发,对成都都市圈工业建筑遗产的价值认知、利用现状和面临的主要问题进行探索.以问题为导向,发现其面临消失的困境、公改商模式单一、改造绿色效能低、缺乏需求性研究和公众视野价值认知等不足.对此提出应贯彻"双碳"理念进行绿色保护、进行数字和可视化展示、结合文化和价值双向重塑、提高公众认知及参与等相应策略,为城市更新背景下地区工业建筑遗产的价值升维与认知提升做出参考.
Abstract
Based on the history of industrial architecture in China and the industrial development of the Chengdu metropolitan area,this paper explores the value cognition,utilization status and main problems of the industrial architectural heritage of the Chengdu metropolitan area.Problem-oriented,it is found that it faces the dilemma of disappearing,the public reform business model is abused,the green transformation efficiency is low,the a lack of demand research and the public vision value cognition and so on.This paper proposes corresponding strategies such as implementing the"Double Carbon"concept for green protection,digital and visual display,combining culture and value two-way remodeling,and improving public awareness and participation,to provide a reference for the value enhancement and cognitive enhancement of regional industrial architectural heritage in the context of urban renewal.
