The potential relationship between the incremental costs and benefits of green building technologies is one of the key factors affecting the implementation of green technologies in practice.The concept of"incremental coefficient of green building technology"is proposed to take 17 typical green office buildings in Xi'an City,Shaanxi Province as examples,and through the correlation analysis between the incremental cost of their technical measures and the star score of green building evaluation,we carry out the research on the analysis of incremental costand benefit of star-rated office buildings from the perspective of incremental benefit,and put forward the green building technical measures suitable for office buildings to be promoted.The study proposes green building technology measures suitable for the promotion of office buildings,provides quantitative data support for the promotion of green building technology in Xi'an,and promotes the green and low-carbon transformation and high-quality development of office buildings.
