摘要
随着中国建筑业的飞速发展,装配式建筑这一新型的施工方法逐渐成为建筑行业的主流,建筑行业也逐渐工业化、标准化.以实际工程为例,对装配式住宅工程标准层施工工艺与施工效率进行阐述、分析,总结出装配式住宅工程标准层施工工艺及施工功效,从而为其他类似装配式住宅工程的施工管理提供一定的参考,并推动绿色建造水平发展.
Abstract
With the rapid development of China's construction industry,assembly building,a new construction method,has gradually become the mainstream of the construction industry,and the construction industry is gradually industrialized and standardized.Taking the actual project as an example,we elaborate and analyze the construction process and construction efficiency of the standard layer of the assembly type residential project,and summarize the construction process and construction efficacy of the standard layer of the assembly type residential project,so as to provide a certain reference for the construction management of other similar assembly type residential projects,and to promote the development of the level of green construction.
