依托具体项目,针对常规超大铜铸佛像设计制作安装流程与方法的不足,基于传统手工艺制作,运用三维扫描、三维设计技术、3D数控雕刻技术,研究了一种全新的超大铜铸佛像制作安装方法.从简化设计制作流程、提高制作安装精度与效率出发,对分块、运输、吊装、焊接进行整体统筹,确保超大铜铸佛像结构安全,克服了铜铸佛像制作安装时产生的诸多困难,为类似项目提供借鉴.
Application of BIM Technology in the Casting and Installation of Oversized Bronze Cast Reclining Buddha
Relying on specific projects,for the insufficiency of the design,production and installation processes and methods of conventional oversized copper cast Buddha statues,based on traditional handicraft production,comprehensively applying the 3D scanning,3D design technology,3D CNC engraving technology,a new method of production and installation of oversized copper cast Buddha statues is researched.From simplifying the design and production process,improving the production and installation accuracy and efficiency,the overall coordination of the sub-block,transportation,lifting,welding,to ensure the structural safety of the oversized copper casting Buddha statue,to overcome the many difficulties arising from the production and installation of the copper casting Buddha statue,to provide reference for similar projects.
