The Application and Development of Digital Technology in Green Buildings
Digital technology,as a key factor in promoting the development of green buildings,is becoming a representative of new quality productivity.This article aims to explore how digital technology can more healthily and effectively promote the new development of green buildings,as well as the new trends and challenges faced by digital technology.To gain an in-depth understanding of the application of digital technology in green buildings,the article first provides a detailed summary and analysis of the connotations,application characteristics,and application scenarios of traditional digital technologies such as numerical simulation technology,building information modeling(BIM)technology,and intelligent technology.By taking examples from projects like the Hongqiao High-Speed Railway Shanghai Station,Songjiang South Gate G60 Science and Innovation Cloud Corridor Project,Hongqiao State Guest Hotel Building No.9,Songjiang Hub,and Zhangyuan Urban Renewal,these technologies have demonstrated their specific applications throughout the entire process of green building design,construction,and operation.In addition,the article also combines the current trends in the development of digital technology,introducing the connotations,application characteristics,and application scenarios of advanced digital technologies such as big data technology,artificial intelligence technology,and building operating systems,and further discusses the application examples and advantages of these technologies with projects such as the North Tower of the World Expo Binjiang Building and Shanghai Zhongjian Plaza as examples.Through the analysis of the application of traditional and advanced digital technologies in green buildings,the application of these technologies not only enhances the performance of green buildings but also brings innovation to the management efficiency and experiential perception of the construction industry.Despite the great potential shown by digital technology in the application of green buildings,the article also points out some current problems and challenges.Firstly,the rapid development of digital technology requires industry practitioners to have higher information technology capabilities,which necessitates the cultivation of compound talents.Secondly,the standardization of data and the construction of data management capabilities are key to the effective application of digital technology in green buildings.In addition,the construction of the digital economy market system and the upgrading of software intelligence are also important issues in promoting the application of digital technology in green buildings.In summary,digital technology has become a new quality driving force in the development of the green building industry.To address the new trends and challenges brought by digital technology,the industry needs to innovate and improve in aspects such as talent cultivation,data management,market system construction,and software upgrades.With these efforts,digital technology will provide a more solid support for the sustainable development of green buildings.
