摘要
以夏热冬冷地区农宅的绿色营建为研究对象,结合江苏省常熟市吴家农宅的绿色建造实践,提出地域性农宅"三维一策"的理论方法,即地域性"环境—资源—能源"的配置维度、地域性"农村经济—生活模式"的吻合维度、去城市住宅特征的地域性农村农宅的本体维度和地域性气候条件下农宅绿色技术体系的适宜选取.通过对吴家农宅进行"三维一策"理论方法应用的解构和诠释,为我国乡村农宅绿色营建提供具体理论方法和创作案例参考.
Abstract
Taking the green construction of farm houses in hot summer and cold winter areas as the research object,combining with the green construction practice of Wu's farmhouse in Changshu City,Jiangsu Province,we put forward the theoretical method of"three-dimensions and one-strategy"for regional farm houses,i.e.,the configuration dimension of regional"environment-resource-energy",the matching dimension of regional"rural economy-life pattern",the ontological dimension of regional rural farm houses with urban housing characteristics removed,and the ontological dimension of farm houses under regional climate conditions.By deconstructing and interpreting the application of the theory and method of"three-dimensions and one-strategy"to the Wu family's farmhouse,we provide specific theoretical methods and creative case references for the green construction of rural farmhouses in China.
