摘要

"双碳"背景下,各地区出台了适合当地的节能低碳政策.主要调研分析了不同气候区的节能低碳政策以及节能措施、指标,明确了各气候区节能指标较GB 50189-2015《公共建筑节能设计标准》基准指标的区别,并选取不同气候区的公共建筑进行节能策略分析,明确了绿色节能技术措施的通用性、差异性以及减碳率,为不同地域公共建筑的绿色节能低碳设计提供参考.

Abstract

Under the background of the"dual carbon"policy,each province and city has introduced local regional energy-saving and low-carbon policies.The main research analyses the energy-saving and low-carbon policies of different climate zones,as well as energy-saving measures and indicators,clarifies the difference between the benchmark indicators of GB 50189-2015"Energy Saving Design Standards for Public Buildings"and the energy-saving indicators in each climate zone,and selects public buildings in different climate zones to analyse energy-saving strategies,clarifies the universality and differences of green energy-saving technological measures,and the rate of carbon reduction,and provides references for green energy-saving and low-carbon design of public buildings in different geographical regions.
