枢纽机场企业绿色低碳发展路径研究

摘要
运输机场尤其是规模较大的枢纽机场是社会碳排放大户,在国际航空业开始探索迈向"2050"净零碳目标、我国提出"双碳"战略并制定"1+N"政策体系的背景下,国内外先进枢纽机场通过可持续报告、气候行动计划、绿色规划以及ESG报告等各种可持续信息披露的方式,在绿色、低碳、可持续以及气候响应方面采取措施.从上海机场(集团)有限公司近几年在绿色低碳发展方面的实践情况出发,通过对当前国内外先进机场可持续披露案例的调研和对标分析,研究形成适宜当前国内枢纽机场企业绿色低碳发展的若干重点工作建议,推动枢纽机场减少碳排放,实现绿色可持续发展,为相关机场项目的低碳转型提供参考.
Abstract
Transport airports,especially larger hub airports,are major carbon emitters in society,and against the backdrop of the international aviation industry beginning to explore ways to move towards the"2050"net-zero carbon target,China's"dual-carbon"strategy and the formulation of the"1+N"policy system,advanced hub airports at home and abroad are making efforts in green,low-carbon,sustainable development through various ways of disclosure such as sustainability reports,climate action plans,green planning and ESG reports.Starting from the practice of Shanghai Airports(Group)Co.,Ltd.in green and low-carbon development in recent years,through the research and benchmarking analysis of the current cases of sustainable disclosure of advanced airports at home and abroad,we study and form a number of key recommendations suitable for green and low-carbon development of the current domestic hub airport enterprises,to promote hub airports to reduce carbon emissions,to achieve green sustainable development,and to provide a reference for low-carbon transformation of the relevant airport projects.The study will provide a reference for the low-carbon transformation of related airport projects.
