Discussion on the Design and Selection of External Window Shading for Buildings in Different Climate Zones
Building window shading can effectively reduce solar radiation,reduce summer air-conditioning operation energy consumption and building carbon emissions.The release of GB 55015-2021 General Specification for Building Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Utilisation puts forward higher requirements on building shading for building types and orientations in different climatic zones,and the selection of shading forms will be changed.Through standard research,product research and case study research,focusing on public buildings and residential buildings,we have sorted out the latest requirements of building energy-saving standards on building sunshade and the formula for calculating sunshade coefficient,so as to provide references for the design and selection of sunshade for external windows of buildings,to promote energy saving and carbon reduction in the field of construction,and to help the realisation of the goal of"carbon neutrality".
