我国不同气候区产能建筑实现策略研究

《中国建筑节能年度发展研究报告2021》数据显示,2019年建筑领域碳排放占全国碳排放的38%,其中,建筑运行阶段碳排放占比超过一半,是建筑碳排放的主要来源之一.为了实现建筑减碳目标,除采用建筑节能技术外,发展产能建筑是另一个重要途径.参照德国产能建筑的定义,对如何实现产能建筑提出适用于我国的产能建筑新含义,并以某办公建筑为例,对建筑运行所需能耗进行计算,再根据不同气候区的自然资源及气候条件等,确定不同气候区办公建筑实现产能建筑的方法策略,从而为促进产能建筑的发展提供理论指导.
Strategic Research on Methods of Producing Energy Buildings in Different Climatic Zones of China
Data from China Building Energy Efficiency Annual Development Research Report 2021 shows that carbon emissions from the building sector accounted for 38%of national carbon emissions in 2019,with more than half of the carbon emissions from the operation phase of buildings,making it one of the main sources of carbon emissions from buildings.In order to achieve the goal of building carbon reduction,in addition to adopting building energy-saving technologies,the development of capacity buildings is another important way.With reference to the definition of capacity building in Germany,we propose a new meaning of capacity building suitable for our country,and take an office building as an example to calculate the energy consumption required for the operation of the building,and then according to the natural resources and climatic conditions of different climate zones,we determine the methods and strategies for office buildings in different climate zones to realise capacity building,so as to provide theoretical guidance for the promotion of the development of capacity building.
