A Research on the Locality of Green Office Building Evaluation Criteria
The development of green office building in China is rapid,and its evaluation system should be constantly updated.The problem of universality and the neglect of geographical differences in the existing evaluation system have led to the convergence of evaluation practices and the lack of regional relevance.In order to solve the problems of ignoring local resource and environmental constraints in the green evaluation of office buildings,high evaluation in the design stage and low evaluation in the operation stage,we introduce the modified weight to establish the influence model of geographical characteristics,and systematically analyze the influence of geographical conditions on the evaluation of green office buildings in each province.The results show that geographical factors significantly affect the evaluation scores,and the scores of evaluation points are higher in green resource-rich areas and urban environment high-pressure areas.
