工业化时代遗留下来的大量工业遗存,如今面临拆除或活化再利用的抉择.工业遗存的更新改造是城市更新过程中一项重要工作内容,不仅有助于保护历史文化遗产,而且可以为城市带来新的发展活力和机遇.阐述了城市更新中工业遗存更新改造的背景与内涵,剖析了实施工业遗存更新改造的策略,介绍了上海建科在工业遗存更新改造方面所具有的能力与典型工程案例,探讨了工业遗存更新改造的模式,为相关改造提出了建议.
Abstract
A large number of industrial heritage left over from the industrialization era are now facing the choice of demolition or adaptive reuse.Renewal and reconstruction of industrial remains is an important part of the urban renewal process,which not only helps to protect historical and cultural heritage,but also brings new development vitality and opportunities to the city.The background and connotation of industrial heritage renewal and reconstruction in urban renewal are described,the strategies for implementing industrial heritage renewal and reconstruction are analyzed,the capabilities and typical project cases of SRIBS in industrial heritage renewal and reconstruction are introduced,and the modes of industrial heritage renewal and reconstruction are explored,and suggestions are made for the relevant reconstruction.
