超高层建筑的绿色建造技术一直是建筑行业绿色施工的研究重点.以在建的宁波中心大厦为例,探讨超高层建筑施工过程基于绿色施工理念所进行的方案优化,研究主体结构施工过程中在绿色建造方面所采取的关键技术及应用情况,简要概述了 BIM技术在项目场地布置及节点深化中的应用,重点阐述了桩基及基坑、底板等超深基础施工在前期策划及实施中的方案选择,进一步通过模架装备、垂直运输、混凝土泵送、钢结构施工等塔楼上部结构关键绿色施工技术的介绍,为类似超高层结构的绿色建造提供参考.
Application of Green Construction Technology of Super High-rise Building—An Example of the Main Structure Construction of Ningbo Center Building
The green construction technology of super high-rise buildings has always been the research focus of green construction in the building industry.Based on the example of Ningbo Center Building under construction,this paper discusses the scheme optimization of super high-rise building construction process based on the concept of green construction,studies the key technologies and application of green construction in the construction process of main structure,briefly summarizes the application of BIM technology in project site layout and node deepening,and focuses on the scheme selection of super deep foundation construction such as pile foundation,foundation pit and floor in the early planning and implementation.Through the introduction of key green construction technologies of tower superstructure,such as formwork equipment,vertical transportation,concrete pumping and steel structure construction,this paper provides reference for the green construction of similar super high-rise structures.
