摘要
随着城市更新步伐逐步加快,人们对城市功能和体验的要求也逐步提高,这也意味着往日的一些城市建筑已无法满足现阶段需求.为了使城市更新更加安全、高效、经济地进行,需围绕绿色建造,采取科学的方式对建筑物进行改造.以五角场万达广场改建项目为例,详细阐释建筑结构加固改造施工技术在城市更新中起到的关键作用,为相关单位提供一定的参考和帮助.
Abstract
As the pace of urban renewal gradually accelerates,people's demands for urban functions and experiences also gradually increase,which also means that some urban buildings in the past can no longer meet the needs at this stage.In order to make urban renewal safer,more efficient and more economical,it is necessary to take a scientific approach to the renovation of buildings around green construction.Taking the Wujiaochang Wanda Plaza reconstruction project as an example,explain the key role played by the construction technology of building structural reinforcement in urban renewal to provide certain reference and help for the relevant units.
