Research on Economic Building Renovation under the Concept of Green Building Design
Urban renewal and green low-carbon have gradually moved from a national strategy to a stage of technological application and engineering practice.This article focuses on the renovation of old economic buildings in the central urban area of mega cities,integrating the concept of green building design.By analyzing the goals,current evaluation methods and renovation technologies,builds a 5-step core renovation logic,in order to provide a systematic methodology for the improvement of economic building renovation.Meanwhile,by taking the renovation of an old economic building in the central city of Shanghai as an example,it proposes a comprehensive and coordinated renovation design scheme,aiming to explore the coupling between green building design concepts and economic building renovation,and seeking a feasible and sustainable economic building renovation design.
