Application of Standardized Prefabricated Construction Technology in the Renovation of Existing Buildings
Prefabricated technology and renovation technology of existing buildings are encouraged development directions in China's construction industry.However,research combining the two is relatively limited due to limitations such as the precision of existing buildings,internal space and transportation constraints.With the continuous development of prefabricated construction technology,the demand for research combining the two is increasing.This study focuses on the application of standardized prefabricated construction in the renovation of existing buildings.It discusses how standardized prefabricated construction can be applied in the renovation of existing buildings,including issues encountered when applying prefabricated technology to existing buildings,standardized areas that can be adopted and the process of standardizing the renovation of existing buildings using prefabricated construction technology.The study proposes dynamic modular units and analyzes the process involved in the renovation of existing buildings,providing relevant ideas for related renovation projects involving prefabricated construction in existing buildings.
