Research on Low-carbon Retrofit Technology for Existing Public Building Envelopes in Hot Summer and Cold Winter Areas
Existing public buildings have problems such as high energy consumption,poor thermal insulation performance,peeling and cracking of external wall finishes,etc.Carrying out low-carbon renovation of existing public buildings is an important path to solve the above problems.It systematically introduces the common public building envelope structure,materials and standards in hot summer and cold winter areas,studies the service state of existing public building envelope structure,focuses on combing the functional design standards and the requirements of energy saving,waterproofing and fireproofing functional indexes,discusses the transformation technology of the envelope structure of existing public buildings and the transformation cases,and puts forward the suggestions on the future direction of the development of the existing public buildings to provide reference for the application and promotion of low-carbon transformation technology for existing public buildings.
