Research and Analysis of Green Finance Supporting the Development of Green Building Industry
Vigorously developing green buildings is a crucial lever for China to achieve its"dual carbon"goals.Green finance's support for the development of the green construction industry is an important practice in implementing new development concepts.It is a powerful measure to optimize the allocation of financial resources and promote the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.It is a concrete action to improve the quality of projects and enhance the people's sense of gain.By investigating the current status of domestic green finance supporting the development of the green building industry,and drawing insights from exemplary cities that have successfully supported green building development through financial mechanisms,key factors will be analyzed,such as criteria for green building assessment and certification,information disclosure mechanisms,green credit products,regulatory frameworks,and safeguard systems.By addressing both financial and architectural dimensions,targeted recommendations will be proposed to promote the collaborative development of green finance and the green building industry.
