Parameters and Suggestions for the Allocation Standards of Territorial Spatial Planning for Infant and Toddler Care Service Facilities for 0～3 Years Toddlers in Rizhao
During the"14th Five-Year Plan"period,against the background of China's vigorous development of the childcare service system,research was carried out on how to reasonably and scientifically plan infant and childcare service facilities for infants and young children between the ages of 0 and 3 years old by analysing the problems and reasons for infant and childcare services.Through the detailed discussion on the planning of infant and toddler care service facilities in Rizhao City,Shandong Province,the idea of planning,planning and construction standard parameter index determination,to provide a basis for the construction of infant and toddler care service facilities of the national spatial planning,and from the aspects of special planning,land elements guarantee,planning approval,supervision and management,etc.,put forward proposals and measures,in order to speed up the construction of suitable infant and toddler care service facilities of the national spatial planning system to provide important reference.It also provides important references for accelerating the construction of a suitable national spatial planning system for infant and child care service facilities.
