以装配式建筑为研究焦点,深入探究了装配式建筑在节能减排和能源消耗方面对社会经济的影响,同时指出了装配式建筑推广应用过程中存在的问题及对策建议.通过对当前我国装配式建筑的发展现状和能耗组成因素的分析,提出了一系列适用于当前阶段装配式建筑推广模式的优化措施.当考虑到政策引领、技术研发、企业创新能力及施工管理能力时,装配式建筑的发展速度大大增加,这不仅在经济方面产生了积极的效果,也促进了建筑行业整体技术水平提升.
Analysis and Development of Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction of Assembled Buildings
Taking assembled buildings as the research focus,the impact of assembled buildings on the social economy in terms of energy conservation and emission reduction and energy consumption is deeply explored,and the problems and countermeasures suggested in the process of promoting and applying assembled buildings are also pointed out.A series of optimisation measures applicable to the promotion mode of assembly buildings at the current stage are proposed through the analysis of the current development status and energy consumption components of assembly buildings in China.When taking into account the policy leadership,technology research and development,enterprise innovation ability and construction management ability,the development speed of assembly building increases greatly,which not only produces a positive effect in the economic aspect,but also promotes the overall technical level of the construction industry.
