Evaluation of Assembled Floor Heating Characteristics and Energy Saving
As an important end form of building heating system, the contribution of assembled floor heating to the energy efficiency improvement of heating system depends on the heating characteristics and energy saving of assembled floor heating.Based on the CFD method, the characteristics of heat transfer process of assembled floor heating and traditional underfloor heating are investigated, and the differences between the two in the process of temperature rise on the surface of the floor and the temperature distribution inside the floor are compared and analysed. The results show that the assembled floor heating can increase the surface temperature of the floor faster, and the stable temperature is higher. At the same time, the heat loss of the assembled floor heating leakage is less than 1 percent. In addition,a simulation of a house with a single facade incorporating outdoor meteorological parameters found that the energy saving rate of assembled floor heating was no less than 70 per cent compared with the energy consumption of conventional floor heating.
