"双碳"目标下,降低建筑领域的碳排放迫在眉睫.提出了建筑低碳性评估的基本思路,阐述了建筑低碳性评估的意义,分析了建筑全生命周期碳排放各组成成分;依据碳排放计算的基本公式,结合方案设计阶段建筑方案的数据条件,提出了方案设计阶段建筑全生命周期碳排放各组成成分的计算方法,并研究了建立以碳排放强度为主要评估指标的建筑低碳性评估方法.该方法可用于指导、优化建筑的方案设计,从源头助力控制和减少建筑的碳排放.
Reducing carbon emissions in the construction sector is urgent under the"doal carbon"goals.This article proposes the basic idea of building low-carbon assessment,elaborates on the significance of building low-carbon assessment,analyzes the various components of carbon emissions throughout the entire life cycle of buildings;according to the basic formula of carbon emission calculation and the data conditions of the building scheme in the scheme design stage,the calculation method of each component of the carbon emission in the whole life cycle of the building in the scheme design stage is proposed,and the low-carbon evaluation method of the building with carbon emission intensity as the main evaluation index is researched and established.This method can be used to guide and optimize the scheme design of buildings,helping to control and reduce carbon emissions from the source.
