陶瓷行业的产品革新与发展对瓷砖黏结材料提出了更高的要求.通过试验,研究了无机胶凝材料组成、化学和矿物型早强剂、保水增稠剂、超塑化剂、减缩膨胀剂等对瓷砖胶工作性能、早期和长期力学性能、早期和长期体积稳定性能的影响,成功制备出兼具超高早强和超高长期强度且适用于铺贴超大尺寸、低吸水率瓷砖的瓷砖胶,以期为行业内相关实践提供参考.
The product innovation and development of ceramic industry put forward higher requirements for tile bonding materials.Through the test,the study of the composition of inorganic cementitious materials,chemical and mineral-type early-strength agents,water retention and thickening agents,superplasticisers,shrinkage and expansion agents,etc.on the working performance of ceramic tile adhesive,the early and long-term mechanical properties,the early and long-term volumetric stability of the performance of tile adhesive,the success of the preparation of both ultra-high early-strength and ultra-high long-term strength and is suitable for laying oversized low water absorption ceramic tile adhesive,in order to provide a reference for the relevant practice in the industry.
