随着信息化和数字化的发展,数字化管理成为工程建筑领域又一发展趋势,这使得工程建筑质量管理水平得到显著提升,并极大提高了工程施工的效率和质量.以机电设备安装工程项目为例,对BIM技术在施工质量控制方法中的应用进行研究.通过分析得出,在充足控制资料条件基础上,基于BIM的管理方法充分体现了机电安装工程施工的智能化,并可缩短施工工期,提高项目的经济效益.同时,借助虚拟现实和增强现实等技术,可实现工程模拟和现场指导,进一步提高机电安装施工质量.研究结果可为后续类似机电安装项目提供借鉴.
Research on Quality Management of Mechanical and Electrical Installation Construction Based on BIM
With the development of informationization and digitalization,digital management has become another development trend in the field of engineering and construction,which makes the quality management level of engineering and construction significantly improved,and greatly improves the efficiency and quality of engineering construction.Taking the electromechanical equipment installation project as an example,the application of BIM technology in the construction quality control method is studied.Through analysis,it is concluded that on the basis of sufficient control information conditions,the BIM-based management method fully embodies the intelligence of electromechanical installation project construction,and can shorten the construction period and improve the economic benefits of the project.Meanwhile,with the help of virtual reality and augmented reality and other technologies,engineering simulation and on-site guidance can be realized to further improve the quality of electromechanical installation construction.The results of the study can provide reference for subsequent similar electromechanical installation projects.
